Ryan, Megan, and Alex's Orlando Itinerary
Saturday, January 19, 2013 - Monday, January 21, 2013
Howdy! As we continue to pack in the trips before Alex turns 2, our next stop is Orlando, Florida! We actually booked this back in August, thinking that we would be able to escape the harsh winter of 2013... which I suppose is yet to come! Anyway, we are headed to Orlando, Florida, and for those that are interested in tracking our every movement, this trip will be a bit of a disappointment. Our plans are to visit theme parks - all day, every day. And even that is still up in the air. After all, the earliest we can get to any park on Saturday is 11-ish, and we'll need to leave the park by 4-ish on Monday to catch our flight home. And then there is talk of some football game that will interrupt our day on Sunday. And there's SeaWorld, Disney (x4), and Universal (x2) to consider. Our tentative schedule is below, but realistically, we won't know until we're there!
All times are local to the particular city. This trip will take place entirely in the Eastern Time Zone.

There won't be any images from the car this time around. If anything, we'll upload from our hotel window at night.

Please note that times are ESTIMATES only to give you an idea of what our original plans were. We get distracted and detoured easily, so just check the webcam and/or GPS tracker to get an idea of where we really are.
Saturday, January 19
Today starts with a very early morning. We'll fly down to Florida, landing at 9:30am . We grab our car and head straight to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park . We'll probably get a Park Hopper pass and check out another park, but for now, it's just a bunch of animals. After that, we head to our hotel .
Sunday, January 20
We'll get another early start to the day today, trying to get to Disney's Magic Kingdom Park by the time they open at 9am. Depending on how things went on Saturday, we might get another Park Hopper pass, or if things went really well, we'll spend the day at SeaWorld, instead. But for now, that's not on the schedule this time around. If we can't find a television somewhere in Disney, we'll get back to our hotel just after the 6:30pm kickoff - go Ravens!
Monday, January 21
One more early start for a long day. Today, we'll probably be headed to Universal's Islands of Adventure . We'll need to leave somewhat early to catch our 7:20pm flight home . And that's it! The entire trip is done in less than 100 total driven miles!
Where you at?? We are never 100% on time to our destinations, so we've taken all the guesswork out of figuring out where we are by broadcasting our GPS location. You'll need to manually refresh this page to see our latest movements, but so long as we get cell phone signal, you'll be able to see where we are!
Megan's Location... Ryan's Location...
And if that's not good enough, we've still got our guesstimated route highlighted below...
